Ask your candidates to confront the climate emergency

It's "code red for humanity." Climate change is spiraling out of control, and if we don't take immediate action to end fossil fuels scientists warn we are facing climate, ecological, and social collapse.

This Federal election is our last chance to confront the climate emergency. We need to ensure that we elect leaders that will commit to:

  • Stop all new fossil fuel infrastructure
  • Phase out existing fossil fuel production and use
  • End fossil fuel subsidies
  • Electrify everything and switch to renewables
  • Protect and restore nature
  • Leave no one behind
  • Invest 2% of GDP on climate action

Your vote is your voice

This past summer in BC, the climate crisis has directly impacted our communities and our health through deadly heat waves, floods, wildfires, drought, crop failure, fisheries collapse, and costly infrastructure damage.

Ask your candidates if they will confront the climate emergency. If they're not willing to end fossil fuels, they're not serious about climate action.
