If I close my eyes, I’m floating on gently lapping waves amidst playful sea lions and rocky bluffs lined with sea kelp.

I’m standing high on a pristine, snowy peak overlooking distant islands and crags, watching water flow from mountaintop to fjord.

I’m walking in the estuary among old growth sitka spruce, watching songbirds, deer, and bear thrive in our wetland’s rich landscape.

When I think of Átl'ḵa7tsem / Howe Sound, this is what I see.

This place could not be more special: bountiful in its beauty, its opportunities, and in its resiliency. Howe Sound is the comeback story of the century—the place that could, and the people who helped it get there.

There is so much here worth protecting. Our precious wildlife, our vibrant community, our cultural heritage, and our ecosystems, all brilliantly unmatched.

Please consider becoming a monthly supporter to help us defend, protect, and restore Átl'ḵa7tsem / Howe Sound.
